• Promoted to lead Purchasing, Logistic and Storage of Technical Material in a 200+ people division• In charge of Engine Support management of the airline including MRO selection, removal plan, spare support strategies• Responsible of Aircraft Deliveries and Redeliveries• In charge of LRUs administration and warranties Position overview: The main objective of this new position is to integrate and coordinate the Supply Chain process balancing the right provisioning of parts to the airline with the preservation of the value of the technical assets under a restrictive budget. The task involve redefinition of the organization, creation of more efficient process and the redefinition of the provisioning strategies of engines and spare parts. This is an area of aprox. 200 employees, currently organized under 4 different sections and responsible of an estimated budget of USD300M.

I was in charge of the coordination between technical area, purchasing and finance department in order to assure the correct development of the repair plan of the engines. In addition, the integration of the lease agreements under SAP was performed by mi area.

• Manager of managers, responsible for a team of 23 and a budget of USD150M.• In charge of managing the main components of Aerolineas’ 84 aircrafts fleet, from their spare planning, purchasing, repair, or exchange as well as the implementation and Management of support contracts with external providers.• Working with technical area in order to ensure smooth components removal plans optimizing stock levels and reliability of the fleet.• End-to-end administration of the engines of the airline fleet. This responsibility was carried over from my last position.• Responsible of the selection of E190, B737NG and A330/A340 engines and components MROs • Responsible for the engine model selection of the A330 Fleet• In charge of the negotiation with OEMs in new A/C configuration processOverview: The main objective of this area is to work as a liaison between technical are and supply chain. Thru this new organization, we introduced the economical convenience on the decision process of the direction. Main goals achieved were:• The development of the internal procedures for each department of the area• The introduction of new process in order to reduce the turnaround time on the repair of components (!5% of TAT reduction)• Development of new engine support plan for B737NG fleet introducing a mayor modification of the Aerolineas Engine Shop that will produce a reduction of USD30M on the repair cost of the engines during the following 8 years.

I'm in charge of the engine provisioning of the Aerolineas Argentinas Group. Some of my responsibilities are:- Development of engine planning and annual budgeting - Selection of MROs- Analysis of investments (purchasing, exchange or lease of engines)- Material planning to support the engine line maintenance and the engine shop- Negotiation with providers

Developing of procurement plans, acquisition of material for Heavy Checks and analysis of cost and implications of especial requirements, recommending the appropriate course of action

 I participated in the development of offers for diverse tenders. I participated in the engineering of the project of enlargement of the cable network at the Children’s Hospital of Buenos Aires.  I created a tele-supervision system and the set up of the Remote Terminal Unit that is currently working in an energy station in Puerto Deseado, province of Santa Cruz. I created a system for the analysis of gas-generated air conditioners for Metrogas, the local gas company of Buenos Aires.
