Reporting to the VP of Technology, team of 27 employees with 5 leaders.• Leadership in the foundation of the Generative AI team for Interseguro, generating the capabilities to meet the needs of the business, through agnostic architectures and standard processes.• Evolution of the IT Support operating model, through the implementation of a new ITSM tool and standardization of the support process, achieving a 60% improvement in IT support service times and a 20% reduction of new tickets supported by the boost of self-management channels.• Reduction of 24% in the backlog of incidents and pending requests in the application support team, through the standardization of the service flow, categorization and prioritization of tickets, implementing a new problem management flow that guarantees the achievement of in-depth solutions.• Efficient management of the Technology budget achieving a 9% savings in the year's execution, through renegotiations with suppliers and the construction of a FinOps strategy for cloud billing management.• Automation of the monitoring of daily scheduled tasks, going from a daily management of 4 hours to 15 minutes.• Standardization of the execution of Technology operational processes, achieving a 30% reduction in errors due to manual executions and a 55% improvement in production requests.• Development of a center of excellence in process automation, under a framework of work with different technologies, prioritizing the processes with the greatest impact on the business and promoting the democratization of automation with business users.
