Parana State Industry Federation (Sistema FIEP) – Responsible for conducting projects for the International Innovation Center of SENAI (National Service of Industrial Learning) in the State of Paraná. The International Innovation Center does consulting activities for the development of innovation and management capabilities for companies at all stages of maturity. As result of these projects, several companies in Paraná State created Innovation Projects Opening Terms, aimed for Brazilian Government Economic Subvention Programs such as FINEP, CNPq and other.

In Tecpar the challenge was to offer methodologies in order to pursue solutions in complex scenarios for government organizations such as: CEASA-PR, CODAPAR and TECPAR itself. My responsibilities ranged from the opportunity qualification to quality of the delivery, with tasks of methodologies development, approach definitions, team composition and project deployment.

Over 4 years working at SIMA have granted me great experience in business consulting. I have developed and participated in several projects in different organizations and sectors and I was the coordinator for an innovation project financed by FINEP and CNPq.SIMA was a very important company in my professional career, since it allowed me to expand my knowledge and face new challenges within every new project.
