Maintenance supervision, costs control.- Responsible for the maintenance of two hundred and thirty equipment (cistern and rigid trucks),- He leads three teams located in different provinces of Mozambique, with a total of eighty professionals, including supervisors, workshop managers, mechanics, locksmiths, painters, electricians, platemakers and helpers.- Develop the own IT system (TT - Toptrans);- Prepare and monitor maintenance plans: monthly reviews, preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance;- Control the history of maintenance of the vehicles;- Control costs and maintenance costs;- Plan and supervise workshop interventions;- Develop diagnosis through the VCAD (Volvo), Impact;- Monitor vehicle locations via GPS, MIX Telematix;- Analyze, elaborate and propose solutions and budgets;- Negotiate with suppliers in Mozambique, South Africa and Portugal for a better solution in the acquisition of material for the provision of services;- Evaluate the quality of contracted services and suppliers,- Execute safety plans under Quality, Environment and Safety at Work standards legally in force in Mozambique;Facility Manager:- Prepare the maintenance plans for the facilities (preventive, periodic and development);-Negotiate contracts and supervise companies contracted for the maintenance of air-conditioning equipment; Electric panels, lighting system, generator and alarm;- Supervise contracting;- Supervise security, surveillance and CCTV system.

- Cataloguing of all vehicles, forklifts, generators;- Implementation of the IT software system, Winoficinas;- Plans for maintenance for various equipment;- Control of the maintenance history of vehicles, forklifts, generators;- Control of maintenance costs;- Planning workshop interventions;- Negotiating contracts with suppliers;- Preparation of budgets;- Planning and control of transport.

- Coordinate workshop with 15 Persons and stock;- Coordinate of maintenance preventive, damage e periodic verifications of equipment (350 units: bulldozers, excavators rollers, asphalt paver machine, generators, retro-excavators, Mini Excavators, Dumpers, Wheel Loader, Heavy Vehicles, Light vehicles);- Management of the central yard of the company;- Development of the informatics system too equipment control;- Scheduling Maintenance- Contribution in the process of certification of the company;- Negotiating contracts with suppliers;- Checking and control for suppliers invoices.
