Project: Integrated Insurance SystemObjective: build an innovating software suite for all processes involved in an insurance company from scratch.I played the role of lead business consultant and software development leader in a five years project that involved about thirty actors in re-engineering stage, and 2k in production.Accomplishments: Implementation in production environment of the following modules: treasury, accounting, financial management, human resources, billing, issuance, sales force management.

Main framing area - Body ShopMy job was to coordinate a 40 team members in morning/evening shift and 70 in night shift to accomplish a production of 25 car per hour, with special focus in safety of personnel and quality of the product.The area under my supervision was in charge mainly in welding side panels of Corsa model and making the final body structure.I have improved takt time through implementation of improvements in manual operations, as also in the automated ones (transportation line and operational efficiency of robots)

Those initiatives were presented in regional best practice meeting.
