Moreover, my supervisory responsibilities mandate the maintenance of high-quality standards, adherence to timelines, and alignment with client objectives. Through my leadership, the team delivers detailed business plans that serve as a roadmap to success, supporting entrepreneurs and businesses in securing funding, entering new markets, and achieving sustained growth.Leveraging my extensive experience and knowledge, I also act as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication and the seamless integration of feedback. 1. Select teaching - learning - evaluation strategies according to the Professional Training program and the methodological approach adopted.2. Select learning environments based on the proposed results and the characteristics and requirements of the learners.3. Orient the learning processes according to the needs detected in the evaluation processes, learning methodologies and curricular programs in force.4. Schedule the teaching-learning-evaluation activities in accordance with the training modules and the institutional calendar and the Procedures Manual for the execution of Vocational Training actions.5. Report academic and administrative information according to assigned institutional responsibilities.6. Evaluate the training of apprentices during the educational process in accordance with the current Evaluation Manual.7.
