Headed Marketing and Branches Division, a retail chain with more than 25 branches and 500 employees where I worked for 16 years. I was responsible for designing and coordinating the development, implementation and execution of the Annual Promotions and Advertising Plan. I was also in charge of opening new branches, negotiating the purchase or lease of the premises and developing the ad hoc work teams. I designed, implemented, and executed the Annual Purchase Plan by product line and also drew up and controlled the budget.
