• Responsible for the transition of the company’s Sales and Operations Planning process into Integrated Business Planning becoming the first Mexican Company to obtain Class A IBP award by Oliver Wight.• Integrated Business Planning coordinator; Leading commercial, supply and financial teams to obtain and manage operational business plans. • Responsible for the design, implementation and execution of the Demand Planning process; coordinating marketing and sales force to obtain the demand forecast for all clients & skus.• Responsible for the CPFR initiative; leading internal and external teams in order to obtain visibility and collaboration efforts across the entire value chain.• Responsible for Supply Chain Planning process; coordinating production, sourcing and logistics teams to meet demand requirements on time at minimum cost• Functional responsible for the implementation of IT applications including Demantra (Oracle) & Advaced Planning (Infor)

• Responsible for the desing of the Institutional Sales and Operations Planning; leading implementations in Poland and Venezuela.• Responsible for the design of the Profitability Institutional model

Responsible for leading and executing more than 10 consulting projects in México and Latin America for the retail, manufacturing and consumption industries in value chain topics including Distribution Network Design, S&OP and Supply Chain Management.
