During my career at the company, I have provided technical support in various activities related to integrations and developments of the company. Among my achievements, I supported the implementation and testing process of SNC (Secure Network Communication) in the Quality and Production environment of NEXA entity. I was responsible for creating objects and configuring connections in the SAP Portal to allow user access to the ERP. Additionally, I led the analysis, development, and monitoring of requests from NEXA and Fiduciaria de Occidente companies in the HCM module, including the query and writing of infotypes, news, and payroll processing. Moreover, I performed ABAP-level debug in Z and standard developments to identify and escalate critical scenarios. Furthermore, I was responsible for monitoring and controlling scenarios related to the request for absences in Successfactors from request, approval to synchronization with ERP. In Fiduciaria de Occidente, I supported the functionality for the registration of infotypes 2001 and 834, accompanying users in testing and socializing the entire flow with them.

I have created Web BSP scenarios using ABAP RFC, Internet Services, Web Services, Java, and JavaScript, and have developed .Net Mobile applications that consume SAP Web Services and generate FM.

As a technical vocational instructor, I have taught various courses including Windows, Office, and Internet, as well as Office Automation using Visual Basic for Applications. Additionally, I have instructed classes on databases such as Mysql-SQL, and programming languages such as PHP, Java. During my tenure, I was responsible for an average of 300 students per semester.

As a developer for the company, I was responsible for various tasks, including designing, developing, and implementing internal applications using PHP and Sybase database. Moreover, I created external applications for the official website of the consortium to enable payment queries. My role involved the creation of stored procedures in the Sybase database to generate reports and provide mass information. I also had to maintain various applications that composed the management information system. Additionally, I evaluated and tested third-party software and documented the technical aspects of the developed applications. I generated monthly reports based on data stored in the database.
