-Oversaw digitalization of the creation area, transitioning from traditional paste-up design to implementation of digital business models. -Drove marketing strategy for printed media and outdoor advertising, maximizing opportunities across Mexico through innovative activities.-Coordinated all the advertising campaigns nationwide, searching for the best outdoor spots and vendors in different forms (billboards, bus stop mupis, bridges, metro, fences, BTL…), and I was in charge of media monitoring to acomplish an adequate exhibition during campaigns.-Responsible for the production and distribution of Promotional Items-Developed and executed promotional campaigns and barters for art-circuit films and various events for the rest of the titles, including press conferences, conventions and more than 1,000 premieres at cinemas. -Worked with external suppliers, media representatives, brand managers and commercial partners to coordinate the production and delivery on time of designed materials aligned with brand, project timelines and standards.-Oversaw the transition from physical to digitized materials, as well as the application of key arts to both digital and physical.-Coordinated the creation of designs and original mechanics for different printed materials and publications such as invitations, posters, graphic adaptations, photo sessions, outdoor printed materials, etc.-Participated actively in staff activities such as Premieres, Junkets, Press conferences, Meet & Greets, Retreats, Conventions, Roadshows and Focus Groups.
