• Daily logging, updating of un-resolved, resolving and closing of resolved calls through different service desk applications like EDGE call logging system and HP Service desk.• Administering and administration including setting up of different Active Directory roles and services• Configuring and administering Remote Desktop Service for Terminal services with Thin clients and configuring user profiles for roaming and redirection from File server• Dell OptiPlex desktop and Latitude laptops, HP Desktops and laptops, IBM Lenovo laptops format, disk partition with Win XP/ 7/8 (32 and 64 Bits) OS installation and driver updates• PC network domain joining, OS updates, Antivirus, user profile creation including data files backup, data restore and in-house application installation• MS Office 2003; 2007; 2010 and 2013 Enterprise, Microsoft Lync 2010 and 2013 setup, MS Access, email account creation, data files and access permission sharing amongst users of the same departments• Day to day full (including stand-by) end-user support on HW and SW Win OS, different applications network resource access, VPN client logins through telephonic, remote sessions and physical presence platforms• MS SharePoint client administration on user’s profile access to directories, uploading business data and information availability for users, mapping SharePoint user network drives etc.
