Hip Lift is an atypical dance and fitness business, aiming to change the way that mainstream culture talks about bodies and exercise, and using fusion styles of dance to create artistically political movement expression. Responsible for organizing and monitoring inter-connected projects, project strategies, program objectives, and content management. Maintain direct communication with the Executive Director, Directors, Managers, Coordinators, and Partners in order to maintain and coordinate cross-project activities, assess program performance, and report progress.

Provides full-time childcare and Spanish language coaching for bilingual family with two children, age 19 months and 7 years old.

Volunteer program aiming to support and empower low socioeconomic status, minority and first generation students as they prepare to graduate high school, pursue higher education, enter the workforce and/or explore other post-graduation plans.
