Beginning of 2024, Seton Hall University will officially have a Prospanica National Chapter in the state of New Jersey under her start. Andrea works on delivering services and exposure for chapter members to thrive on and use on being their best self, professionally.

In formal partnership with the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities, Seton Hall University has officially attained recognition as a Hispanic-Serving Institution (HSI). Andrea works along the Executive Director and Associate Director. She provides insights on new project ideas for the scholars under the Latino Institute of the University. She also works along her co-workers to support the organizations' social media platform, newsletter, emails, and communicating with students & staff.

In June 2023, Andrea served as an Orientation Leader for incoming freshmen at Seton Hall University. She facilitated the high school-to-college transition for students and parents, mentored students in class registration, peer interaction, and campus life, and used team-building skills to foster relationships. For both the academic and summer year of the Upward Bound program, Andrea created and oversaw publishing posts and information onto social media, emails, and websites. Upward Bound & Upward Bound Math-Science is a pre-college program designed to assist and motivate students to successfully graduate from high school, prepare for college admission, and complete their baccalaureate degree. I had the amazing opportunity to spend my four years of high school with Rutgers Upward Bound as a Math-Science Scholar.

Selected as 1 of 5 student leaders in the New Jersey market- Attended a week-long summit focused on social change through plenary workshops, deliberations, and Capitol Hill events

- 8-week internship at a local nonprofit, Boys & Girls Club of New Jersey- Assigned projects within the New Jersey market ( run social media accounts, highlight the importance and value of the Clubs, share youth stories, create posters/flyers/posts, and fundraising)
