I work on the Change Management & Project Delivery team at Bank of America, working in financial technology for Merrill Lynch's Wealth Management Operations department. This role is part of the Global Operations Military Development Program, which provides veterans with opportunities to leverage their experience and skills in the corporate world.Before this, I served 5 years in the United States Marine Corps. My roles included managing supply chain logistics projects and programs for the 1st Marine Division and its 26 subordinate commands and working with the 3d Assault Amphibian Battalion. I have expertise in team leadership, stakeholder management, and data-informed decision-making, honed through managing cross-functional teams and ensuring the success of complex operations.Before my military service, I gained experience in political campaign operations and issue advocacy at local, state, and national levels. I hold a BA in Government from Dartmouth College with minors in Jewish Studies and Religion and am completing a Graduate Certificate in Christian Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary. Currently, I've begun pursuing a Master of Science in Business Analytics at the University of Virginia.I'm passionate about leveraging my diverse experience to contribute to my team's success and make a positive impact.
