In this role, I’m in charge of the sales, design, development, deployment, and translations of “SafeUser”, a digital security awareness training program oriented to private and public large organizations who need to educate their non-technical staff about the dangers of using technology in all kinds of devices, and how to protect themselves from the increasing threats caused by cybercrime organizations.I played a key role in the creation of the program. Since then, I manage the team who operates and keeps this learning program running. SafeUser is currently a very successful product that is being sold to several organizations in a variety of geographies

HP Foundation – HP LIFE learning program. In this role, I coordinated the design, development, and translation of the HP LIFE courses into 15 languages. HP LIFE is a collection of 32 short online courses. The translation into 15 languages required to hire and coordinate a team of 60 international experts including native translators, voice artists, and eLearning developers based in Europe, Africa, Asia, Latin America, and North America. I also participated in the migration of the learning platform, playing a key role in adapting the courses to the new environment. The project ended in 2021 when all the collection of courses had been translated and the new platform was up and running according to the specifications.

In this role, I was in charge of coordinating a team that designed, developed, and deployed technology learning programs in collaboration with leading technology companies such as Corning, Oracle, and Televes among others.- High-level relations with senior executives of technology-leading companies, government entities, and education institutions across Europe.- Design of the learning content strategy for technology education programs.- Coordination of the development of online learning resources.- Making available the learning content through learning management systems including integrations with student management platforms.- Deployment of the learning programs in higher education and vocational-technical schools across Europe.

Designed the organization and training model for 10.000 IT Education sites, and 1 million concurrent students per year globally.Coordinated the creation of the Student Metrics system using SpotFire software used by Cisco to manage one million students per year. Awarded member of the experts team to develop the Data Model.Managed the suppliers of external services for 100 external members across 30 countries, including multi-million budget, HR aspects, legal requirements, and executive relations.Concluded more than 50 MoUs and other legal contracts with governments, NGOs, and partners in Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Latim AmericaOrganized internal off-site meetings taking the lead in the moderation and content of the working sessions. Organized large-scale events (up to 400 attendees) for international customers. Highest levels of attendee satisfaction and success achieved in all of them.

Motivated more than 500 Education institutions to invest in IT Education best practices by joining the Cisco Networking Academy in Spain, Portugal Italy, and other mediterranean countries. Coordinated all the instructor training, student engagement, and quality assurance. Computerworld award in 2002 for the best IT Education program in Spain

President of the European eSkills and Certifications Consortium, moderating the meetings, acting as spokeperson, and key influencer of the first European Comission recommendations document on eSkills published in September 2007.

CBT Systems / SmartForce. Obtained the distribution rights for Spain, selling and implementing eLearning solutions.Institut Catala de Tecnologia. Professor of the master on eLearning during three years.

Created and managed the “Novel Authorized Education Center” training program. Identified and onboarded the best IT training centers in Spain. Grew the numbers of registered students above the market indicators.

Became the best trainer and “train the trainer” on word processors and other office applications for power users in 1992. Participated in sales actions that required deep knowledge of the WordPerfect software.
