Description:I was Responsible for identifying, acquiring, and growing small business loan volume (sales) through new profitable small businesses in the revenue between $2MM to $20MM. I effectively manage the loan process from origination through booking. Analyze, structure, and negotiate credit request based on risk and value of the relationship. Effectively manage and train business bankers to identify potential commercial loan customers by showing them how to read financial statements.
