• Analyze HS Code for all import site project based on BTKI (Machinery, Building Structure, Heavy Equipment, Steel, Pipe, Pump, Raw Material, Cable etc)• Checking all export import documents (AWB/BL, FORM E, CIPL, Freight Invoice, PEB, PIB, Insurance)• In charge of Master List, SKB PPN, SKB PPh, PI Besi Baja, Surveyor.• Monthly report Export Import Realization.• Drafting PIB BC 2.0, BC 3.0, BC 2.3, BC 4.0, Billing Process, Manifest Check BC 1.1, Custom Tracking (SPJK, SPJM, SPPB, SPPD). • Arrange shipment with Inconterm (FOB, CIF, CFR, etc)• Drafting, Checking, and Processing COO Form E, Form AK, Form B, Form AI to Trade Department.• In collaboration with forwarders, Harbour Master, and Translog Dept. related to exim process.• Liaise with agents to ensure vessel export documents is in compliance and vessel sailing on time.• Dealing with Indonesia customs regarding to smooth export import clearance.• Always keep update with custom regulation.

• Processing export import documents (BL,COO, CIPL, PEB 3.0, PIB 2.0 & 2.3, SI, COA, Fumigation, NPE, MSDS, DG Cargo, LS Surveyor, SNI) • Drafting, Checking and Negotiation Letter of Credit (LC) to the advising bank.• Calculate trucking cost, freight invoice and review forwarder performance.• Review HS Code and Import Permit for smooth custom clearance.• Drafting, Checking, and Processing COO Form A, Form E, Form AK, Form B, Form AI, AANZ to Trade Department.• Coordinating with EMKL, Shipping Agent, and Forwarder.• Communicating with HQ in Korea, international customers and suppliers.• In charge of Import Tax Calculation (Import Duty, VAT, Net Income).• Always keep update with custom regulation.

• Examine previous records and evidence to ensure data accuracy• Perform data collection, sorting, and use professional measurement software (Map Info, Arc GIS, Global Mapper)• Conducting survey measurements on the surface (topography, Geology, Geophisics, Drilling)• Validation and verification database of survey• Create maps, drawings of development layouts, exploration • Supervise and provide guidance to field stuff drill, and miscellaneous layouts
