- Ensure compliance of all operation within HSE procedures and best practices.- Oversee various phases of a project and issue their approval of documents, specificoperations and the suitability of vessels and equipment by review (documents), andsuitability inspections lifting gear- Project Handling, manage all material project including logistic and warehouse managesuch as inventory stock level and turnover, parts forecasting and availability,issued anddistribute parts, supplies and material delivery process, resourcing and analyzesupplier / forwarder service, completes work orders.- Ensure that stock material is maintained (Consumable, Oil, Fuel, Parts, MaterialProject)- Endorsing cost efficiency in asset investment management & cost of financing.- People development, Identify, plan and evaluate subordinate needs and development,and recommend subordinate development program based on competency needed anddevelop work culture, and give coaching and counseling periodically to increaseperformance and overcome subordinate work problem.- Daily reporting on incidents and activities and immediate reporting of serious incidents- Create weekly report to port and logistic manager(shipment status and percentage ofmaterial In-Out).

- Responsible for daily coordination of order fulfillment, quoting, lead times and issues related to customer parts requirement (Ensuring Available and delay time parts from America and German (Caterpillar Inc.))- Ensure accuracy of documentation including, purchase order, delivery note, and invoicing for financial system- Perform detailed research prior informing customer on back order parts and lead time supply.- Responsible to maintaining records of stock keeping activity- Perform accuracy of stock keeping and warehousing methods and procedures, including physical inventory and record keeping practices- Inventory control, Ensure that stock material is maintained (Consumable, Oil, Fuel,Parts, Material Project)- Create Quotation and Sales Order to Customers- Ensure the Emergency request are priorities to delivery- Control and Monitor regular own transport and outside transport charter- Monitoring all the parts are sent to the customers- Maintain good coordination with Customers.
