I graduated in 2004 majored in Polymer material and Engineering. Since then,I spent 3 years as foreign trader, 6 years as Development engineer and Project Engineer and 9 years as Full time project manager. The industries that I have been involved in are: leather shoes, household electrical appliance, Oral Care product, Hair Care product, Air Care Product, Kitchen appliance product and Floor Care products. They deeply involve technology of tooling, plastic, rubber, metal, painting, eletrical, eletronic, software etc.. Besides, as Part of PMO, I personally have great interest in and keep researching for technologies and methodologies that can significantly improve the efficiency and effect of project/Program management.
