- Next1 BIT Configuration- Amdocs MEC Product Catalog configuration, distribution and integration.- Perform system configuration across Product/Offerings, Accounts, Inventory, Orders, Charging & Billing capabilities to support program and change request (CR) delivery- Work closely with vendor design & build teams to complete configuration work units.- Report on build progress and escalate on any technical or schedule roadblocks- Plan and execute unit testing and system testing of the configuration- Create Release notes and support deployment of code and fixes

- Configuration Management To perform complex operational tasks, service request fulfillment and process improvement. Work with vendor & internal business unit to maximize systems capability.Product, Rate Plan, Offer, Tariff configuration, Roaming Configuration in NGBSS (CBS & CRM)- Deliver services and deliverable according to SLA and processes. Ensure full compliance to company policies and systems are fully operational after any changes or activity in the systems. (Platform KPI monitoring, UAT, Testing, Technical walk-through and End to End risk/impact analysis). - Preventive Maintenance To execute configuration audit based on product matrix given periodically. - Incident Management To participate in war rooms by providing inputs from the product configuration for investigation perspective. Suggest or propose optimization strategy if applicable.- Change Management To manage change for NGBSS and ensure all changes are adhere to DiGi change management process. Participate and challenge in technical walk-through. Ensure changes are delivered within timeline and with quality. Review test cases and ensure proper controls (not limited to financial control) are in place before changes. - Test Management Create and revise effective test case for service verification. Drive and implement configuration changes for production systems in the test bed, staging and production systems. Ensure procedures are followed before roll-out in production.
