- Perform Data Analytical and system process solutions- Design, run, test and upgrade system processes- Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve effectivity rates and quality of output- Provide documentation of processes, and responsible for the document control- Perform other related duties and responsibilities to support business process role

- Analyze new Project or Engagement Request for system implementation - Provide Internal testing for every Engagement Request, also carry out system demonstration and User Acceptance Test (UAT)- Take data with SQL queries (PostgreSQL, MySQL)- Provide Guidelines to user to standardize the Business Process- Train user for every new features in system

- Develop reports with SQL queries (MySQL, Oracle), dashboards, PLSQL- Familiar with ETL development tools such as Pentaho- Strong Experience with Oracle Functions, Procedures, Triggers, Packages- Analyze new promos or campaign for system implementantion- Analyze new business requirements and ideas, compare these with current business processes, and system feature, identifies gaps between- Solve problems that address both technical (joins, SQL, loads, etc) and Business challenges (meaning of data, impact to data) and be able to effectively communicate the recommended solution to all- Ensuring that appropriate action is taken to anticipate, investigate and resolve problems in systems and services- Carry out system demonstration and User Acceptance Test (UAT)- Monitor performance and provide intelligence to improve processes
