As the Data Director at ProGeorgia, I lead the data management strategy and operations for a coalition of 61 progressive organizations in Georgia. I oversee the data quality, security, and integration across multiple platforms and tools, ensuring that our partners have access to accurate and timely data for their advocacy and mobilization efforts.I am also a PhD candidate in Sociology at Georgia State University, where I conduct research on education policy, higher education access, and political participation. I have a graduate certificate in Program Evaluation and a MA in Sociology from the same university. I have multiple publications and presentations on topics such as higher education access, US racism, social media, and grassroots organizing. I am passionate about using data and research to advance social justice and democracy.
