I am currently a Leader of ADAS Architecture at Honda Development and Manufacturing of America. I come from a background in Steering and Suspension electronic control unit development and was previously North America Group Leader of this area at Honda R&D Americas. I've also had the pleasure of being Manager of Vehicle Development Engineering for the Irvine, California and Normal, Illinois teams at Rivian. In my time as an Electrical Engineer and as a Engineering Manager, I've had responsibilities in System Design, Verification, Integration with related Software Design, Development, Testing, Project Engineering, and leading teams of 40+ people across teams in multiple states. These roles and tasks additionally require project management skillsets, test-bench software testing, software analysis, C and CAPL coding for vehicle CAN bus simulation and control unit interfacing, OEM-Supplier communication, internal company-wide collaboration, understanding large and minor scale system flow, and working with the manufacturing sector during/after project completion for quality and market improvement.
