• Oversees the management of Customer Vice President and Directors’ calendars, resolving conflicts and prioritizing as required, managing the organization of the daily agenda.
• Meeting management including coordination, agenda preparation, meeting minutes, presentations and follow-up on actions required.
• Coordinate executive domestic and international travel arrangements for my stakeholders and Leadership team.
• Overall coordination of group offsite meetings and events including logistics, venue, catering and fun morale activities.
• Manage vacation calendar tracker for the team, which includes managing Outlook Vacation Calendar
• Manage charity donations and ensuring we have accurate budgets, requesting cheques and processing of payments which include proper allocation to GL codes and cost center.

• Provides executive level administrative support to the Leadership Team, program support in the day to day operations and provide related support to other units within the department as required.
• Calendar management for executives including Vice Presidents, Directors and Business Manager.
• Coordinate executive domestic and international travel arrangements for the Enterprise Services Leadership Team and management team.
• Overall coordination of group offsite meetings including logistics for venue, catering and fun morale activities
• Preparation and submission of expense reports for the Leadership Team
