As Franchise Development Director, my role was to strategically increase our franchise presence in Canada and the US by walking candidates through our Discovery Process and finding the right partners to award a Qualicare Franchise to. While relationship building and knowledge were integral for me to walk people through Nurse Next Doors Discovery Process, I also helped develop and implement some of the Franchise Development marketing strategy, including content and territory development, sales process innovation, hosting & presenting introductory conference calls and creating the initial Canadian strategic plan for the 2017/18 fiscal year.Franchise Development is primarily about people, but in a sales role, it's also about attaining your company targets and your personal numbers.
