The Kunsttunnel Foundation manages a large collection of works by the late 19th and first part 20th century Amsterdamse Joffers artists, acquaintances of Piet Mondriaan, as well as the Piet and Frits Mondriaan Collection, with works of Piet Mondriaan and his uncle and teacher, Frits. The Joffers were important artists when alive, with Coba Ritsema being called one of Holland's best painters and Lizzy Ansingh and Betsy Westendorp-Osieck also being highly regarded. After their death, the Joffers unfortunately largely disappeared from the spotlight, partly because they were women. The collection also includes contemporaries such as Sientje Mesdag van Houten, Suze Robertson, Lou Loeber and Jacob Ritsema. The foundation consists of a small group of art historians and other volunteers. In collaboration with museums, exhibitions are developed and works are given on loan. In addition, the foundation provides museums with the story in attractive contemporary formats, using analog and digital technology. The foundation also conducts research and produces publications.Currently, the Foundation is working on a program to celebrate the 150th birthday of Coba Ritsema in 2026. We're working on exhibitions, research, a book and a documentary.Another important project is the realization of the Mondriaan VR Studio's. By creating a virtual model of Mondriaan's studio's in Paris en New York, everyone will have the opportunity to visit these gesamtkunstwerk's and learn more about the life and work of Piet Mondriaan.

Naftalie is the founder of the Living Memories Foundation ("Stichting Levende Herinneringen"). Within the Foundation, Naftalie specializes in audiovisual cultural heritage and oral history. The Living Memories Foundation aims at preserving culture and history by establishing oral history projects. The Foundation developed and executed a project about Indonesian culture and history and assisted with the technology for the indexation of the Dutch media of the Steven Spielberg's "Shoah Survivor" project. Within the Indonesian project the Foundation interviewed hundreds of people about their memories of Indonesia before the independency, when the country was still a Dutch colony.
