Working with Pathstream gave me the opportunity to create and manage a project schedule model using Asana. I was able to build a project budget using Google Sheets; tracked the difference between estimated and actual costs, and planned corrective action to control costs. I also prepared documentation such as a project charter, scope statement, and a work breakdown structure to guide project activities and serve as agreements between internal stakeholders. I learned how to Identify and document project risks in a risk register; plan and implement responses.

Working with JobPrepped was an amazing experience where I was able to learn how to develop targeted buyer personas and crafted solutions to address specific customer challenges. Leveraged social media to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and increase conversions while fostering customer relationships and analyzing competitors. Designed and implemented high-performing social media strategies through content curation and promotion. Enhanced brand presence through optimized website design, content creation, and social media engagement. Formulated and executed content strategies for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X. Used Hubspot to created/optimize effective email marketing strategy, including list building with lead magnets, and opt-in forms. Used Hubspot and Mailchimp to set up automated email workflows to maximize efficiency and improve deliverability rates.I was able to get allot of skills while working with JobPrepped. The above examples are a few of them.

The opportunity to work at BuildAsign allowed me to gain experience in working in a multi-cultural environment, follow instructions and be a good team player. I was also able to learn how to adapt and perform well while under pressure.

I worked as a Resident Advisor at my school, and my primary responsibilities include, representing the students to the administration, listening to their concerns, help them resolve conflicts, and hosting monthly residents meetings. During my time as a Resident Advisor, I strengthened my leadership ability, active listening, conflict resolution, and negotiation ability. I was able to develop the ability to defend the profit of those I was representing.
