I was in charge of the Asia region.INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL RELATIONSTo ensure proper communication as well internal by team working and social dialogue with trade unions as external with local authorities and economic networks is a key aspect of success.Careful listening and respect of partners, with great ability to explain the issues, allow me to reach positive outcome.I negotiated, following acquisition of majority shareholding, a new labour organization with team reduction and more flexible working times.I had to debate, as representative of shipping agents and stevedores, of the tariff structure within “mayouri” (working group) with representants of the state's authorities, trade unions, consumers’ associations, distributors and retailers where I could demonstrate the true facts and costs.OPERATIONAL AND FINANCIAL MANAGEMENTCustomer service must match its requests with a constant reliability. Through an organization where each one plays its role and assumes its responsibilities through team’s work.An efficient financial management, through operating reports and key financial indicators, is necessary to ensure sustainability of the company and investments, as well as profitability for the shareholders.
