Consulting mission for the Spanish Airports IT department in the Valencia’s Terminal 2 extension project where I oversaw the Datacenter migration (Auditing of the former Datacenter, documentation, planning and coordination of the providers) and of the systems deployment for the new Terminal.

Leading the different quality processes within the project (Balanced Scorecard, Service Improvement Plan, Maturity Map Assessment, Audit & Certification…), I was responsible for the SLAs (Service Level Agreement) & KPIs (key Performance Indicators) reporting. I was working with the different Area Managers in order to ensure process alignment & proper skill / performances within their teams.

During more than 7 years I have worked on the Teamlog’s Hewlett Packard project. We were providing remote management services to HP’s customers. The RMC (Remote Management Center) was a World Wide Operation center that provided HP’s biggest customers a 7x24 first class Server support following the ITIL/ITSM methodologies. The scope of the RMC organization was mainly the Incidents, problems & changes management providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support in all the IT areas including UNIX, WINTEL, DB, SAP, and Network.
