Contributed to the product launch of a cloud optimization platform (Cloud Optimizer) for IT resellers and channel partners to a global market and managed Accordo’s lifecycle management product suite, white labelled as Microsoft insight.

I am responsible for providing guidance, instruction, direction and coaching to a Team of Analytics Coaches and License Analysts to achieve agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) metrics relating to Accordo’s compliance campaign activity. This includes supporting performance management programs where necessary to ensure maximum achievement of revenue goals, service levels, meeting customer satisfaction objectives, and achieving personal and professional growth development in accordance with Accordo’s performance management system.The Principal Analyst works daily to improve processes and performance that enhance bottom line results and works closely with other business units to resolve all related issues, improving efficiency and accuracy of business processes.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:• Service Level and KPI achievement• Staff mentoring and management • Program performance management • Establishing, implementing and enforcing best practice amongst the Analytics Team • Enforcement of behaviours which appropriately define the Accordo Corporate Citizen

As Analytics Coordinator I was responsible for co-ordinating systems deployment and operational activities for Analytics operations, including but not limited to managing service levels, project schedules and facilitating communication between key departmental personnel to support the running of Analytics. I was also responsible for actively researching and analysing processes to ensure an efficient and streamlined workflow and workload management strategy is in place.Other duties also included identifying process improvement opportunities which increase operational performance and enhance bottom line results, while providing guidance, instruction, and direction to Analytics staff, to achieve agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) metrics relating to activity within the Operations Team.

The Analytics Licensing Consultant – Quality Assurance is responsible for providing Quality Assurance services (both remote and in-person) to Analytics Team personnel preparing outgoing License Ownership Positions/associated materials, ensuring that Service Level Agreement (SLA) commitments are met. This service relates to all tiers within the Analytics structure.
