Delivered an integrated service platform contributing to HSBC’s consistent market recognition as Top 3 European Cash Management Bank.

Created and steered the development of the IBOS Banking Association (IBOS : Inter-Bank On-line System) from an 8-bank IT Payment System project to a strategic institutional alliance of 20 Banks world-wide, forming a unique Third Party banking Alliance in the field of international treasury management. Managed 25-staff team via 3 separate legal entities and £4m budget, conducting continuous restructuring, (staff cuts, transfer to cost efficient premises, etc), recruitment of core skills, full MIS set up and interactions with media.

Defined CCF’s strategy for international cash management and mandated to pilot CCF membership into IBOS European Banking partnership. Took central IBOS coordination role, managing central team covering IT, Product & Business Development.
