• Manage all production activities covering safety, manpower, product, process and machine• Maintain good relationship with subordinate to achieve company target• Conducted weekly management meeting covering safety, quality, productivity and improvement• Controlling daily activities all subordinate such as machine condition, quality product, improvement and manpower absence• Conducted daily meeting with subordinate related with productivity such as total yield, machine modification, troubleshooting, quality defect, quantity product and safety• Analyze problems in Process, Machine and Product• Provide improvement in line process and machine• Controlling fast moving spare part• Handling environment and document matters related with ISO 14001 and 9001• As a Trainer for QCC provide Quality Cycle Control with title “reduce rework process”
