• Controlling daily activities all subordinate such as machine condition, quality product, improvement and manpower absence
• Conducted daily meeting with subordinate related with productivity such as total yield, machine modification, troubleshooting, quality defect, quantity product and safety
• Analyze problems in Process, Machine and Product
