MTNIancell swap project in Kerman province.(SWAP Ericsson equipment to ZTE)- Getting approval from customer on detail design for urgent and special case.- Planning Construction works- coordinate subcontractors and service providers for cleanup- Preparing material request.- Pushing service providers to prepare sufficient teams and equipment.- Pushing service providers to meet ZTE’s time plan- Checking and getting MTN approval for all detail designs (before and after swap).- Attending in PAT Visits with QA MTN visitors as ZTE representative.- Guide, advise and support contractors and TI supervisors during the swap and cleanup about proper implementation.

MTNIancell project phase turnkey, modernization and swap projects (CR 479, CR 515) in Kerman and Sistan & Baluchestan Provinces covering more than 85 green field, rooftop sites for turnkey project.Planning Construction works- coordinate subcontractors and service providers in civil field.- Preparing material request- Tracking monthly target materials with warehouses that keep projectCivil materials.- Providing regional project manager with the plan date for CW milestones.- Planning acceptance visit for complete sites- Pushing service providers to prepare sufficient teams and equipment.- Pushing service providers to meet Ericsson’s time plan- Checking and approval for all detail designs provided by service providers.- Providing civil supervisors with daily, weekly and monthly plans.- Checking and signing service acceptance certificates for SPs after Proper part of the site is built.-Getting approval from customer on detail design for urgent and special case.-Provide and checking TSSR, FPA tower , swap detail design, MRS for modernization and swap project (CR 479-CR515)Get PAT/FAT and COC approval from Irancell QA every week.-Checking and approval for all site audit reports provided by service providers.-Checking and approval for all sites documents provided by service providers.- Preparing and updating daily reports in the Site handler.- Preparing and updating daily reports in the internal Link Upgrade & 3G Reports.

MTNIrancell project phase 4, 4A, 4B, 4C, 4D, in Fars, Boushehr, Hormozgan Provinces covering more than 490 green field, rooftop, IBS and COW sites.Site inspection for civil works, which includes structural & finishingWorks and ensure that the work is as per the Project SpecificationsAnd issued for construction drawing/ final approved drawings from authorities- Ensure that all the works meets the stipulated quality standards.- Preparing daily pictorial reports from sites especially tower foundation- And tower erection, milestones and uploading to server while in office- As an Ericsson Construction Works Supervisor (ECWS) I was responsible forPlanning and programming of the works to ensure that the subcontractorConstruct all allocated sites within timescale and on program.- As an ECWS I have checked the quality of materials such as; concrete (jobmix/in site cast/precast), reinforcement, steel structure, anchor system, Masonry materials, earth work and back-fill.
