I am Hesam Minaee, a new PhD student in CAU (Kiel University, Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel) and graduate of nanophysics in master science of Shahrood Univesity of Thechnology from Iran. The most important part of my work at that time was the synthesis of one-dimensional metal oxide nanostructures with chemical vapor deposition(CVD). I am completely familiar with some synthesis methods such as CVD (chemical vapor deposition) PVD (physical vapor deposition), sol gel, pyrolysis-spray, etc. My great interest in nanotechnology , led to successes such as obtaining 3 ISI papers and several scientific research papers and presenting 4 patents in the field of manufacturing Nano laboratory instruments and producing nanomaterials.
