The team I was leading consisted of 6–8 people and had two missions:• Maintaining Ayria Platform which is a collection of B2B/B2C FinTech products such as Payment Gateway, Digital Wallet, Customer Club, Shop, etc.• Starting a new initiative to rebuild Ayria payment solutions. Leading a team of 10 members towards building an Ad Network called AdVerge. Most notable team results:• Developing a fully functional DSP supporting different types of campaigns (SMS, Push Notifications, Banner Ads, Search Ads and Native Ads)• Implementing a Real-Time Bidding (RTB) engine capable of handling thousands of requests per second while fulfilling tight SLOs (50-100ms response time).Technologies: Kotlin, Spring Boot, Postgres, ElasticSearch, Kafka, Redis, Spark

Involved in developing highly scalable data streaming services. I worked among a group of software engineers from all over the world. At my time there, I was involved in four projects:• Continuous Delivery Pipeline: we were testing and trying out different ideas for our CI/CD process. Technologies: Docker, Rancher, Terraform, Azure • Snapcash: which essentially was a POS backend. As privacy was legally enforced, I designed and implemented an End-to-End encryption scheme using Azure Key Vault.• Saloodo! Driver App: A platform that connects carriers to shippers. I was one of the two devs who initiated the project so I was involved in design & architectural decisions and developed a large part of the codebase. also set up an E2E automated test pipeline for the mobile app using Appium framework and running on Saucelabs platform. Other technologies: Spring Boot, Firebase, MySql• Payment-SDK: it was an SDK targeted for mobile apps. our task at backend was to create a layer of abstraction over different and possibly incompatible PSP APIs. I mostly wrote glue code to add support for BS Payone and Hypercharge PSPs.

I was the lead developer of WiSE, ASTA’s software product line, an infrastructure to build enterprise software faster and cleaner. I worked on a lot of subjects, from which the most important ones are:• Migrating all the client codes from GWT to AngularJS+Bootstrap• Implementation of a full-fledged Form Builder (both server and client). Technologies: Groovy, AngularJS• Migrating WiSE Portal’s architecture from legacy JSP to REST.• Rewriting WiSE code generator from scratch using Eclipse Modeling Framework (EMF). • Adding JPA & QueryDSL support to the data layer. (As we had another level of abstraction over ORM)• Customizing SSO support using CAS• Teaching Experience: Preparing and presenting an 18-hour course covering our front-end stack (HTML, CSS, JS, AngularJS, Bootstrap)I also took major part in development of ZRM (stands for citiZen Relationship Management). I started my java career here and went from junior to senior in 3 years. Some of my achievements:• Implementation of a web-based remote file explorer (both backend and front-end). Technologies: Apache Jackrabbit, GWT• Preparing a customized version of JBoss EAP, compatible with our other products.• Adapting our products to make them horizontally scalable by introducing Hazelcast as a distributed data grid.• Trying to migrate our software infrastructure to OSGi. Unfortunately, we failed to do so due to the immaturity of the technology.
