As a Project Manager for an electro mechanical company my job is to supervise the installation of electrical systems such as electric distributers, transformers, street lighting systems and the low voltage boxes at the roads of new cities also supervise maintenance of its parts.- Installation of high, medium and low current cables.- Ensure compliance of project with Health, Safety & Environmental Regulations.- Prepare Preventive and Corrective maintenance plan for all Electrical Systems.Follow all Subcontractors Activities on site.Ensure matching project time line with real progress. Prepare Inspections for all Electrical systems .Test and Commission for all Electrical systems as per project Specifications.Material control Installed or Remain on site actual and Daily sheets.Follow daily and weekly progress sheet.Dealing with Egyptian federation for contraction.Coordinating with other contracting companies in projects."Follow up with all components suppliers to ensure on time deliveries.Follow up company storages.Participation in projects cost study.Preparing technical envelopes for tenders. Follow up with governmental authorities and it’s deferent departmentsMaking and following up company extracts.
