Agricultural Bank of Egypt (ABE Bank) is where I apply my skills and knowledge as a Credit Officer, a role I have been holding for over two years. With an MBA in Investments and Credit and a Principal Of Banking certification, I help the bank improve its credit portfolio and customer satisfaction, focusing on the agricultural sector.Before joining ABE Bank, I worked as a Senior Executive Sales Representative at Etisalat Misr, one of the leading telecommunications companies in Egypt, for four years. There, I developed my core competencies in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Service Management (CSM), and Manufacturing Process Improvement (MPI), achieving multiple sales targets, managing a large customer base, and earning the Etisalat Misr Sales Master certification. My mission is to leverage my expertise and experience to support the growth and development of the agricultural sector in Egypt, which is vital for the economy and the society.
