planning engineer at NEOM residential community project for 10k person.The project consists of 3 main paths, prefabricated buildings (LGS and steel), Infra works, roads and landscape.we are Almajal the EPC contractor under Tamasuk the BDMOF contractor with the PMC compass and V3 as a supervision consultant.finally we have NEOM the client with Bechtel as a consultant.my duties at this project:1- work closely with project management and prepare critical activities plan to ensure that it will be completed without any delay.2- prepare work progress update to be submitted for the PMC.3-prepare reports for company top management to have an overview of the project, volume of work done and work remaining.4- monitoring subcontractors performance and raise concern to the project management if needed.5- attend the meetings with PMC and client to understand what is needed and work accordingly.6- monitoring procurement and engineering departments progress to ensure that site will not be affected of any delay.

I work as a project cost control engineer for marassi marina yacht at north coast, owned by Emaar misr.dealing with the following:1- study contract conditions and invoice form preparation.2- contractor's invoice revision according to approved Q.S and submit to owner (IPC).3- damage occurred from contractor against other at shared scope of work.4- variation orders from owner to contractor and cost impact.5- fluctuation and deductions for contractors.6- final payment and discharge letter after T.O.C and final T.O.C.
