- Experience in IT Supporting MS Windows environment (XP, win 7, 8,10 & 11 … etc.) - Good Understanding of IT Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution Skills. - Hands-on software and hardware troubleshooting experience. - Experience documenting and maintaining configuration and process information. - Exchange server. - Installation of software and manage updates. - Take ownership of user problems and follow up the status of problems.

- Experience in CCTV camera (Network, analog). - Install all CCTV cameras type (PTZ, Dome, Box, …) in any environment (Outdoor, Indoor). - Connect the Cameras by DVR or NVR and make connection on the Internet. - Access of cameras from external device (laptop, PC, Smart Phones). - Planning best Solutions of cameras and meet all requirements needed. - Install alarm and motion sensor. - Install Access Control (fingerprint) for doors and connect by alarm and CCTV cameras.
