I'm passionate about the mix of Forensic Schedule Analysis and the legal concepts governing the construction dispute resolution, litigation, and arbitration, which are specialties with never ending ceilings. I Joined Dar in 2016, while formerly, I was holding the position of the Manager of Planning and Project Controls Department at “ECG – Engineering Consultants Group”. Dar and ECG represent 50% of my long career path after I joined ECG in 2006. I’m grateful to both int’l entities for driving me ahead, and impressed about their prestigious projects and professionals.Previously, at the first 50% of my long career path, I played dynamic executive and managerial roles in construction companies in Egypt and Gulf region, which constituted a solid background regarding the challenges of construction projects within the budget, time, and quality constraints.• With non-stop continuous improvement, I pursued obtaining the Project Management Certification in 2001; Authorization of “Project Management Consultant” from the Egyptian Syndicate of Engineers in 2009; Bachelor Degree in Law in 2012; Arbitration Diploma in 2014; and Master of Business Administration – MBA - with major of Advanced Financial Management in 2020 (preceded with the core of Financial Feasibility Studies and Projects Appraisal, Investment Management, Advanced Management Information Systems MIS, Advance International Business Management, Strategic Management, Quantitative Research, Scientific Research Methodology, Central Banking, Advanced Financial Accounting for acquisition and merging, Electronic Business, Financial Institutions Management…). • This is along with ample of training programs in FIDIC Contracts & B.O.T. Contracts; Fundamentals of English Legal Writing; Legal Translation; Design Economics and Cost Planning; Performance Management System.; Applications on Construction Claims, EOT, Forensic Analysis.
