Creating 3D models of various villas and residential and commercial buildings in different locations with realistic and visually appealing designs using software such as 3Ds Max, SketchUp, Corona Render, and Unreal Engine.2. Using Unreal Engine to allow clients to navigate inside and outside the building, enabling them to immerse themselves in the design and provide instant feedback. 3. Designing kitchens and organizing spaces in a practical and efficient manner, including the kitchen work triangle principle and the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively, while keeping up with the latest trends and methods in kitchen design, and being able to work within the client's budget to provide innovative and cost-effective solutions.4. Creating architectural animations and turning ideas into easily visualizable realities, presenting projects in an attention-grabbing manner.5. Collaborating closely with the team, including engineers, draftsmen, designers, and project managers, to ensure alignment with the overall vision of the project.6. Communicating with clients to understand their requirements, providing prototypes for their feedback, and adjusting designs accordingly.7. Identifying the various materials to be used in the models and adjusting the lighting to achieve the desired effects.

1. Drawing execution plans that include the precise details of construction such as dimensions and materials used for AutoCAD software.2. Interacting with architects, structural engineers, and mechanical engineers to ensure that the drawings align with the basic plans and project requirements.3. Studying architectural and structural plans to understand the requirements before preparing detailed drawings.4. Ensuring that all dimensions and details in the drawings are accurate and comply with architectural standards.5. Updating drawings according to modifications or feedback provided by the design team or clients.6. Keeping up with the latest trends and technologies in the field of architecture and design.7. Organizing and managing time effectively to meet deadlines for various processes.

1. Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management 2. Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) 3. Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures 4. Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data 5. Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
