I have a vast experience in software development industry since 1999. I started with developing software applications for medical devices in Bahgat Group which sharpened my technical skills very fast at this time. I got a chance to spend 2 years in USA outsourced to Tetrad to develop software applications for high-end ultrasound devices. Then I started an adventure with my private business (Origin Software) to develop software solutions for Endoscope devices. I was titled technical director but most of time I was busy building the product.After this the whole business is acquired by Nebras Technology. I started my position as Technical Development Manager since 2007 to develop products portfolio. I built software teams, customized development process, selected technologies, implemented automation pipelines, migrated software solutions to the cloud, built first SaaS healthcare solution in the region, integrated with other giant solutions providers in the healthcare industry.Then it was my time to start a new adventure and get into new challenges in INTDV (Integrated Development). It was from scratch journey where I built the department teams, tailored the process, selected ALM tools, created development strategy, incorporated partnership programs (Microsoft and Microsoft), designed team evaluation system, automated department activities, set career path for technical roles, optimized resources utilization, reduced the cost of products and services development, realized INTDV vision toward automation, products portfolio and applying new technologies like AI and BI into products and services offering.
