1-Provide full hardware and software maintenance for all machines of the university.2-Synchronize all Suprema ID access cards for all employees and students on the system using Biostar2 software.3-Monitor and Control multiple Access points using Unifi Controller to fully cover different areas with Wi-Fi Internet Connection.4-Recommend systems modifications to reduce user problems and serve all user email requests on Microsoft 365 Admin Center. 5-Provide technical support for the use of Audio Visual equipment in classrooms, meeting rooms, labs, and conference via telephone, e-mail or on-site. 6-Support full software and ink cartridge maintenance for all types of printers. 7-Accurately document instances of hardware failure, repair, installation and removal.8-Setup and troubleshoot security cameras using setup guideline requirements for security cameras on all floors.9-Receive, prioritize, document, and actively resolve end user help requests.10-Maintain accurate and timely records of user’s problems on classroom ticketing system.11-Follow up daily with classrooms on open and pending cases to ensure problems have been resolved adequately.12-Analyze root causes of each problem to determine causes of complex operating errors and to make recommendations for repair or replacement technology equipment. 13-Communicate clearly and effectively to users with various levels of technical ability and experience.14-Identify and learn appropriate software and hardware used and supported by the team.15-Restore service, identify and correct core problems by interacting as needed with other teams.16-Escalate problems to the higher managerial level when required.17-Perform other related tasks as requested by direct supervisor.
