• Project daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. (Several projects following).• Responsibility in cost control includes weekly, and monthly cost/ budget control• Responsibility in time control includes scheduling using primavera P6• Responsibility for handling order variation preparation as required• Responsibility in Project manager assistance “remotely” in all kinds of required• Communicate in highly active replies to the clients for their requests related to projects.• Prepare MOM and follow up closely until completion, etc.• Prepare presentations for project status as required by the project team and clients.• Monitor quantities, and DPR submissions, cross-check idle resources and escalate to the project team and management.• Direct and communicate regularly (engineering, production, client if required, procurement, etc.)• ANALYSIS reporting as required or as they can propose and advise concerned PM or management.

• Prepare time schedule for different projects• Monitor and update time schedule • Report project progress periodically• Working in monitoring and controlling the time and cost in the site by making a good communication between all stakeholders of the projects to finish on time and with the target cost• Weekly follow up reports from the site • Make a direct & indirect report for cost control to compare between actual, Earned, and planned cost of the project• Prepare a claim with the client to avoid liquidated damage cost.• Prepare the all reports needed in planning and cost control for any project.

I working as a planning engineer who make a schedule time frame with all relationships and cost , make a cash flow (cash in and cash out ), make a resource assignment ,quantity plan , manpower plan and in site to be monitoring and control the project by making monthly,biweekly and weekly updates and make a reports on it and to make a claims on it if we have any problems with the owner working a cost control to the the difference between actual cost , earned value & planned value to make a sheet for the variance between them by making the direct cost sheet and indirect costs and the invoice of the owner and see how we in any project if gain money or loss money
