 Responsible for Preparation of Projects Baselines and Time Schedule to reflect legal approvals and permits by the Client, mobilization, engineering approvals, procurement activities, construction, and closeout/handover activities.  Review overall project status with the Project Management team and recommend corrective action where necessary.  Ensure that all cost, planning and document control reports are prepared and issued in accordance with Project Coordination Procedures.  Liaise with all other Departments at all meetings relevant to project operations and ensure time and cost plans are updated to reflect latest information.  Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.  Preparation of monthly and weekly progress Dashboards and reports for monitoring the project plan, financial status, Engineering, Procurement progress and report on any risks and opportunities to maintain the completion of the project within established timelines and cost.  Prepares cash flow, charts and histograms on planning projects  Support in identifying the root causes behind delays and cost overruns, and to accordingly formulate recovery and Crashed schedules to control the delay.

- Plan and schedule the project by developing a project master schedule in line with the proposal requirements through the applications of the primavera P6 software & MS Project.- Develop and monitor the project plan and monitor its progress and report on any risks and opportunities to maintain the completion of the project within established timelines and cost.- Preparation of Project Budget & Calculation of detailed man-hours, machine hours.- Resource Loading in Primavera P6 for individual Projects.- Updating progress of work using primavera P6 & MS Project.- Claims and Delay Analysis.
