After being recognized for my performance and potential in previous roles, I was hired as an Esports Coordinator. I was responsible for managing all aspects of the company's esports tournaments and events, including developing and executing tournament strategies, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless player experience, and supervising moderation and social media content. I also managed relationships with talent and influencers, ensuring that they were effectively utilized to drive engagement and reach within the esports community and broadcast commentating.
