• Forecast, Purchase, Supply and release of all mounting structures and civil RF material to ensure the phasing of supplied material is meeting all Targets of new rollout sites and upgrades and to achieve minimum safety.
• Assess actual volume requirements against planning assumptions and acquired budget
• Assessing and evaluating Civil materials suppliers and vendors along with Vodafone Group.
• Formulating a Cost model for all Regional operations civil activities including new Rollout sites, all needed radio, radio and transmission upgrades as well as newly introduced projects.
• Determine the scope of civil services providers activities and formulating their services contracts and frame agreements along with their prices in lump sum and itemized models and acceptable performance levels.
• Introducing new Civil contractors, conducting required assessment procedures along with SCM, Rollout, Health & Safety departments to enhance civil work KPIs.

• Forecast and manage the budget allocated to Enterprise Radio Networks in alignment with EBU, Regional operations and service management departments.
• Performing a total enterprise base behaviors, services penetration/usages and customer experience analysis with customer insight team to spot potential enterprise growth.
• Perform regional enterprise network performance analysis to spot network rooms of improvements.
• End 2 end governance of network dedicated and non-dedicated solutions deployment to resolve the Enterprise network complaints focusing on burning cases.
• Preparing Enterprise accounts network dedicated solutions B.C’s ensuring these solutions are fulfilling the required ROI
• Establish/Modify all enterprise radio networks related processes with full agreement and alignment with all stakeholders.

• Planning and allocating the needed resources to meet the new GSM and UMTS sites set up targets.
• Setting monthly and anually targets of established new sites for civil and telecom contractors as well as the roll out team and site establishment controllers.
• Developping monthly and quartery outlook for sites deployment and different special projects and foucs streams.
• Assessing vendors and contractors on monthly basis based on their achievments versus the set targets, resulting in revised allocations,and corrective actions.
• Handling special projects for coverage requests such as ( TCC/TDC) enhancement ( Top Congested Cells and Top Drop Calls.), 3G boost, and down sites restoral.
• Aligining between Technology Dept and GeoMarketing Team to enhance network KPi’s in certain areas that suffers from low Sales and distribution KPi’s.

• The effective performance of construction and activation of Base Tranceiver Stations (BTS) and ensuring smooth implementation through direct supervising of all aspects of the roll out phase from acquisition till.
• Supervise all the designs submitted by contractors for rooftop and greenfield tower sites until end of construction phase.
• Coordinating on site between RF/TX engineers, Telecom Egypt, Ericsson and other suppliers..
• Management of the technical acquisition and construction of BTS sites to achieve network superiority for the best of our customer and VF Egypt.
• Acquiring new locations.
• Controlling Ericsson teams in sites activation.
