• Managing cross-functional teams of engineers to address fleet performance and fleet improvement issues.
• Involve and influence all manufacturers and suppliers at the senior level to identify and pursue solutions.
• Assist in special projects relating to the fleet, including reviewing new aircraft specifications.

Bahrain

• Ensure projects are on track and provide regular updates on commitments made to customers.
• Analyze and implement compliance actions for Airworthiness Directives that are issued against the aircraft.
• Stay informed on all issues/projects related to aircrafts projects
• Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance for aircraft being maintained to ensure Aircraft Continuing Airworthiness are fully complied with.
• Liaising with aircraft manufacturers, vendors, overhaul agencies, and other airlines on behalf of the Airline to resolve in-service and production problems
• Work with Maintenance Department to ensure aircraft are always Airworthy.

Abu Dhabi, UAE

• Provide technical support and guidance to production (MX) and to all aircrafts being maintained by ADAT.
• Evaluate damaged aircraft structure and provide solutions for minor damages beyond the applicable manual limitation.
• Analyze and implement compliance actions for Airworthiness Directives, SB and other OEM doc. that are issued against the aircraft.

Phoenix, Arizona Area

• Ensure projects are on track and provide regular updates on commitments made to customers.
• Analyze and implement compliance actions for Airworthiness Directives, SB that are issued against the aircraft.
• Implement ongoing corrective actions for aircraft issues which are identified as being in the top 3 for delays/cancellations.
• Keep informed of day-to-day Airline operations. Monitor aircraft delays and cancellations related to assigned ATA areas of responsibility and champion efforts to eliminate them.

Phoenix, Arizona Area

• Evaluate damaged aircraft structure and parts. Provide solutions beyond the applicable manual limitation in accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).
• Assist Maintenance and other engineering groups with technical issues.
• Perform static stress analysis to substantiate repairs or alterations.

• Lay out installation of assemblies and systems in aircraft according to blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and provide general maintenance of electrical, navigation, and radio systems.

US Airways

• Meet transit aircrafts, checked aircraft maintenance logs, and responded to discrepancies entered into the log book.
• Responsible for line maintenance inspections in accordance with FAA regulations.
• Perform routine and non-routine maintenance on aircrafts with the appropriate approved or acceptable documentation.
• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot and repair aircraft systems

Greater St. Louis Area

• Plan, coordinate, direct, and supervise assigned personnel to minimize delays and increase production and efficiency. Insure the job was completed on time.
• Responsible for training and assisting personnel in proper procedures, methods and practice of work as well as proper utilization and care of test equipment and special tools.
• Responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, maintaining and repairing aircraft systems, including changing engines.
