Submitting monthly reports including (new-renewal-refunds-cancellations- agents)

 Check all cash payment vouchers and invoices received to ensure the appropriate approval and proper. Check the supporting documentation is in line with financial policies and procedures. Receive, record, raise cash or bank receipt vouchers and deposit/distribute all cheques or cash receipts to various banks to ensure bank transactions are completed in an accurate and timely manner. Draft and distribute cheques/documents/memos to various banks to ensure bank transactions are completed and the accurate maintenance of financial records. Follow up with clients/vendors/suppliers on outstanding balance to ensure timely and accurate payments as per predefined SLAs and time frames. Ensure that financial transactions are reconciled with the physical counts and system inputs on a daily basis to ensure proper recording of information.
