• Architected a DW and staging area for the Porsche Warranty System (retiring a legacy SQL 2000 server fed by an AS400 system).

• SAP Data Migration - Two year SAP implementation project where a combination of SQL Server 2005, SSIS and SSRS as well as Excel enrichment and override files were used to produce SAP (LSMW) ready files for loading..
• Managed five people (2 SAP Data Coordinators; a Project Manager; and two Data Analysts). I was responsible for annual reviews and determining training needs. Managed a $2 M annual budget (P&Es & CapEx).
• Deployed and logged assets for annual Computer Refresh Program (~120 PCs/Yr).
• Responsible for DB backups and cataloging (data & process dictionaries) across multiple platforms (FoxPro; Oracle; SQL Server 2005 & 2008).

• Managing all aspects of the Consumer Data Warehouse (CDW), including data purchase, hygiene, integration; touch-point strategy development; automated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) maintenance for all sales.
• Developed, guided and executed an Address Keying Project that allowed the AJC to use existing platforms to geocode using MapMarker ESP. The resulting work allowed a unique key to compare billing systems records, DISCUS.
• Develop touch point strategies (and subsequent data base queries) for Advertising and Direct Response mailings, targeting specific demographics and/or newspaper loyalty segments using MS SQL, Claritas’ Consumer Point.
• Executed multiple “Market Intelligence” reports and maps using MapInfo Pro v.9 and MapMarker Pro (client side) for VP level executives.
• SQL Solution for Outside Sales’ Channels payroll that calculates and warehouses commission paid on individual subscriptions.
• Comprehensive CDW demographic data audit. Audit resulted in discontinuation of two 3rd party vendors in favor of a third vendor, with an instant annual cost savings of $40,000, an increase of nearly 200,000 addresses.
